Welding/ Joining

Welding/ Joining

Arc Welding

It is a welding process that is used to join metal to metal by using electricity to create enough heat to melt metal.

Brazing

It is a metal-joining process in which two or more metal are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint

CO2 Welding

It is a fussion welding process where joining takes place by an electric arc shielded by co2 gas and electrode is consumable.

MIC/ TIG Welding

Like TIG, MIG welding also uses a shielding gas to protect the weld pool from potentially damaging atmospheric gases

Press Fitting

A press fit or friction fit is a fastening between two parts which is achieved by friction after the parts are pushed together

Resistance Welding

In this electrical resistance of material combined with the time and the force is used to hold the materials together.

Sintering

It is the process of compacting and forming a solid mass of material by heat or pressure without melting

Soldering

It is a process in which two or more items are joined by melting and putting a filler metal into the joint
